Easter is over, and I’ve had the fortunate sensation of experience a real New York easter. Which pretty much sucks (like a way too dry matzo-bread). For a norwegian in the US it is pretty hard to face that vacation time throughout the year comes down to simply two weeks (compared to five weeks in Norway).
